OKNRI (“we”, “us”) operates Australia's Indian Business Network — a directory connecting customers with Indian-owned businesses across Australia. This page summarises how we handle your information and the terms of using the platform. It is provided for general information and does not constitute legal advice.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name and email when you register, used to sign you in and manage your listings.
• Business listings — the details owners submit (name, location, contact, description, photos), which are shown publicly once approved.
• Enquiries & reviews — messages and reviews you send through the platform, shared with the relevant business.
• Usage analytics — anonymised, aggregated activity (such as profile views and contact clicks) shown to business owners. We do not store raw IP addresses; visitor counts use a daily rotating, salted hash that cannot be reversed to identify a person.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate the directory, display approved business listings, route enquiries to owners, publish reviews, prevent abuse, and provide owners with aggregate insights about their listing's performance. We do not sell your personal information.

Reviews & content

Reviews are published automatically and reflect the views of their authors, not OKNRI. Anyone can report a review or business listing that is inaccurate, misleading or breaches our guidelines, and our team may remove content that does so.

Your choices

You can edit or remove your business listing at any time from your dashboard. To access, correct or delete the personal information associated with your account, contact us at hello@oknri.com.au.

Terms of use

By using OKNRI you agree to provide accurate information, to use the platform lawfully, and not to post content that is false, misleading, offensive, or infringes others' rights. We may suspend or remove listings, reviews or accounts that breach these terms. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties, and listings are the responsibility of the businesses that submit them.
